Piazza Navona - 1.4 KmThe lower cost airlines arrive at Ciampino Airport. A taxi from here should cost no more than 30 euro , this includes all passengers and bags, 1 stop only… Journey time is approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Alternatively, there are a number of bus companies which operate to and from the main railway station Termini. The station is about 20 minute walk from the Suites or you could take the Metro Line A and get 2 stops later at Barberini stop. If you are arriving at Rome's main airport Fiumicino or Leonardo Da Vinci you can take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station and again either walk or take the metro. A taxi from Fiumicino should cost no more than 48 euro and the travel time is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, again this price includes all passengers and their bags.
Once you reach city bypass or GRA the ring road around Rome take the exit Via Salaria and follow the signs for the centre… NB we are located in a very busy area of Rome so you should let us know prior to arrival if you are bringing your car so we can organise the parking in a nearby garage (daily supplement applies). Be careful not to drive in any bus lanes or ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones) as you will be fined.
Rome's main railway station Termini is near the Hotel Stendhal Rome distance Hotel Stendhal to Railway Station is 1.5 km. The "Leonardo Express" Rome's Airport shuttle train stops at Termini Railway Station. The buses from Ciampino also stop at Termini.
You should take line A from Termini Underground / Metro in the direction of Battistini get off 2 stops later at Barberini Metro Stop. The Stendhal Luxury Suites are located at the start of Via Sistina just off the main square of Piazza Barberini.
